Yes, our extension and renovation services are from start to finish including design, structural engineering, permits, project management, construction and all the finishing touches to a project.
Yes, once we have an initial meeting to discuss your specific requirements and expectations of the build we are more than happy to provide you a detailed proposal for your project. The process from here will be clearly defined and upon your instruction we will promptly get started on your project.
In most cases our clients are able to stay living in their home whilst the construction takes place, depending on the layout and how much of your home is being renovated. All our contractors are courteous and mindful that this is your home and will respectfully work around you with minimal inconvenience to you.
Yes we do, most of our projects have limited access yet with good construction management we are able to overcome the challenges of small access sites.
Yes. With every fixed price contract we provide a very detailed specification for the project as well.
Yes. Simply tell us what you want to change and we will work out how much the changes will cost. We will send you a Variation document and you can then either accept the Variation or choose not to proceed with the changes.
Yes. We have created our own quality control policy to ensure nothing is left to chance. Thanks to our experience, we can often see issues with quality coming before they actually occur. We have our own internal quality checklist system in place. We believe that with diligent supervision of our projects coupled with constant communication with our clients is the best way to ensure prevention of any issues.
In the unlikely event of requiring it, for your peace of mind we offer a 1 year Maintenance / Minor Defects Warranty Period for non-structural defects and a 10 year Warranty Period for structural defects. More information can be found at MBAV.
Domestic Building insurance is provided by the builder and is a protection for homeowners. A claim against the builders Warranty Insurance can be made should the builder die, go bankrupt or otherwise cannot be found. More information can be found at VBA.
